Change Quintessence of Gold into Mark of Gold and change Seal of Gold to Glyph of Gold. This will allow supports to have armor to protect them from the ADC and speed quints to help them move around better while not impeding on their passive gold income.
The changes to gold generation items have made gp10 runes completely redundant.
Current standard is Armor Quints, HP Seals. Optional Armor Marks when needed.

Generally I don't run GP10 runes anymore. Depending on my support, I'll either run armor marks or penetration marks, armor seals and armor quints, and scaling magic resist.
But it's a decent proposal you got, I'll give you that.
