Chasing a Rek'Sai is impossible
Let's give her more counterplay on her quick tunnel-escape thing by increasing its cooldown or make it so she has to channel it for a short time before casting it.

You don't chase Singed period, you don't chase Kalista unless you're Master Yi with a Randuins, why would you chase Rek'Sai without someone ready to collapse on her tunnels?
That Rek'Sai is probably running away because unlike her, you probably have an ult that could slaughter her.
The entire theme of Rek'Sai is to be a tunneling monster that has unparalleled map presence, so she should be capable of popping out of nowhere and escaping just as easily at any part of the map she has tunnels down. One of the most interesting champs in my opinion.
The gutting of a champ with a non-combat ult was bad enough, but seems like you kids won't stop crying about our Rek'Sai until she gets Olaf'ed.
Rek'sai doesn't need more nerfs. She's known for her overwhelming map presence and mobility. Her damage was nerfed and she has close to 0 utility, so that's the only thing she has left. Stop crying about Rek'sai already. she's not overpowered at all.
