Leaverbuster & Reconnections.

I don't know if anyone will agree with me on this but recently I had a leaverbuster where I was just trying to reconnect. I realize why the remake thing is there, I believe it is a good thing.

But I also believe that it should be able to detect if a person is trying to reconnect. I wasn't gone for 15 minutes, I wasn't afk, I wasn't disconnected even from the client itself. No, the client crashed, and I couldn't get it to restart again immediately. That isn't my fault, that's Riot's fault. So why am I being punished?

TL;DR, please Riot, add something that detects if a person is attempting to reconnect.
