Add the ability to have different voice over then text.

I don't have any idea why this wasn't implemented a long time ago-since you can very easily get around the Voice Over options. Why not just allow a drop down menu to select text language. and a seperate one to select voice language. After all, especially here in North America, not EVERYONE speaks English. (You have Mexico, Cuba, Guatamala, Haiti, and some people enjoy the other voice overs. I personally prefer the Japanese Voices over the English for the vast majority of champions.

Know this has always been suggested-but don't see it on front page so feel like it should. Thanks

This is the first I'm hearing of it, and I think it is a pretty good idea. Knowing Riot, they could even profit off of it, allowing the different voice overs to be purchased via orange essence, egregious amounts of blue essence, or RP. I have all of the champions that I want and too much blue essence. It gives players a BE dump while also giving fresh content. I know this isn't what you or I would like as players, but you know Riot. Gotta get their cut of the action if we want content.

the korean vo looks good to me, but unless you have a 3rd party software you can't have it and having a 3rd party software is bannable
