Can't chat in game-can't search shop.

The name says it all. When I get in game, I can't chat. Pressing Enter doesn't work. Had it working in a custom game for a minute. After game ends it works again. Can't search shop. Mouse still works. Keyboard is obviously being seen cause all other keys work. Submitted a bug report. I'm attempting reinstallation now for the second time.
