Lol is a really motivating game.

It motivated me to install dota2 and learn a new moba from 0. Good job riot.

But I dont find the balance to be the most motivating thing in the game, this game could be a wonderful game even with this balance, the most motivating thing in this game is the fkng matchmaking and the way it works the ranking system, it is the biggest piece of shit my eyes have ever seen.

Same here, I can still enjoy this game but the lack of proper balance means only if I'm lucky enough to be placed in a game where that's possible.

Game is balanced around high plat/low diamond, with special exceptions made for outliers. Ryze nerfs is an example of an outlier in lcs while garen and master yi are outliers at low elo to the point where you will never see them in lcs in their current state.

Well Yi isn't a stranger to being picked in LCS just because he's very flexible. Cowsep is a good example (of high elo play) i suppose

You do realize that cowsep has never played in a professional tournament anywhere right? This then means cowsep has never played in LCS so he cannot have played yi there. The last time we saw yi in pro environments other than as a "we can win despite playing yi" was back when ap yi was a thing (this is more than 2 years ago.... so yes he is a stranger to being picked in LCS in his current form). If we are just talking getting to master or challenger then yes, every champion can be used but yi is and has for a long time been statistically weak at higher levels of play.

Oh I should Of clarified, I meant at being played at a high level, also please do your research as faker played Yi mid against CJ entus and wasn't AP (This was in June 2015)

Also even at low elo you see people playing azir... thing is even if you do well with yi at high level you are in the minority, as statistically he is a bad champion at that level, likely because he is not balanced around that level. So my argument still stands: The game is balanced around high plat/low diamond, with special exceptions made for outliers.
