Slap Sion up there. He's been one of the highest winrate supports for the entire season, and has only ever been buffed (as a result of the tank nerf, which hit his top lane, not his support)

Let's be honest Riot is losing their control over the state of the game as the pool of champs grow. Some champs dont even have identity anymore <<< he was a decent champ for only 450Rp however much it is, but yet annie gets love or yi.

Not sure on a few of these. Lulu, Nautilus, Ekko, and Ahri are all questionable. Graves kind of too.
