Why is Taliyah being played in the jg?

I would assume with constant moving she would go oom very quickly. She isn't getting worked ground 1 mana spell cast on her q. Does the runic echo changes really help her jg that much?

Because her Q now

deals insane damage to monsters (even if the AoE is removed)
if she's on her "rocky ground", it only costs 1 mana

In lane, the AoE removal fucked up her wave clear (mages are supposed to be good at waveclearing remember ? Yeah Zed it Talon would Yasuo be Jinx a Tristana shame Illaoi if Tryndamere AD Lucian champions Poppy had item 3077 a item 3085 better item 3748 wave item 3087 clear)

Oh yeah. I play her Time to time. Never got very good, but I love her character and I really feel connected with that character when I play her.

She is gutted in lane. With out a doubt. I guess I will have to try jg with her. Will go practice tool first and figure out pathing to get the 1 mana q's
