Diana Rework Suggestion.

Diana - Scorn of the moon

Passive: Stays the same, Maybe increased scaling.

Q: Same ability but with reduced scaling, and a higher base damage.

W: Higher Shield base, Lower dmg scaling.

E: Her E is now her old ult (Lunar Rush). She casts this to dash to an enemy, resets if the enemy is affected by Q.

R: Her R is now her old E (Moonfall) but improved and on a higher cooldown (Maybe 50-60ish). Diana Pulls in all enemies and slows them for 3 seconds. Diana also gains some sort of buff during these 3 seconds (Maybe a burst of movement speed, Attack speed, or even invisibility).


THIS WILL ADDRESS 2 PROBLEMS:

  1. Diana being a "Suicide bomber" champion. Her current main role is to pop someone and be popped herself. It's frustrating for the enemy to be deleted in 0.6 seconds, and it's frustrating for Diana to die right after her. It isn't fun and there's no "outplay" feeling for the person playing Diana, even when they do escape.

  2. She will finally have an -actual class-. Riot tried to make diana an assassin/diver hybrid but completely missed the mark because everyone plays her as an assassin but her Kit is a Fighter's kit with exploded scalings. You gave her a DPS passive with a no CC except a 2 second slow and a tiny W shield.


I'm sure all Diana mains (and ADC mains for that matter...) would really appreciate it if Riot looked into this, and at least tested it out on the PBE. We love Diana and she has so much potential, one minor switch between 2 of her abilities could change everything and finally fix her and make her viable in s8 because her kit is outdated.
