Gypsylord designs champions that are fun to play, but the kits are overloaded on release and need to be nerfed into the ground to warrant allowing them.

I think you mean overloaded and over powered, when you use the word fun. I hardly call gypsy's champs fun.

His goal seems to be how long he can make a text box per skill.

Jokes aside, stop complaining. The only issues with him right now are a numbers issue, which can easily be fixed, and are being fixed and nerfed on PBE for 6.17's release.

Also the hitbox on his W is ridiculous (i.e. it doesn't match the visual at all), maybe take a look at that too.

Another issue of clarity I think is with how the W hitbox pre-indicator shrinks into a small line before firing, but the hitbox itself is still the full sized long rectangle from the start of the cast. With that in mind, I think the hitbox is a little less ridiculous. Still could use touchups though.
