I dunno about double Doran's though. I stopped building it when I realized it was just slowing down getting Morello's and after Morello's it wasn't a big deal. But that was also before Luden's rushing, which now presents 2 options. Saving for a Needlessly Large Rod, or picking or double Dorans and the Aether Wisp before going for Needless.
