Enchanted Armor Mastery Buff

Basically, just make it all armor and MR instead of just bonus. In my opinion it isn't worth it unless you're Leona or Rammus, maybe Garen, otherwise you could probably just take rejuvenation(whatever it was called) and just heal up pretty much all that it protects in little to no time.

Not a huge buff, but something I feel needs added for it to be even close to viable on most anyone.
