Where's Sona's Buff?

I couldn't find the original post. I remember reading a thread with a red post that mentioned Zyra and Sona getting some small buffs for the last patch. Zyra got a small buff (and they played around with buffing her Ultimate a bit, but dropped it last second) but it seems Sona's small buff didn't come through. Honestly, with the plant targeting being updated I felt that they might let Sona W target the 2 most damage champions instead of just herself and 1 most damaged champion (another kind of targeting update). Unfortunately it didn't happen. Whatever happened to the small buffs Sona was promised?

I'm going to agree she needs a buff

everything she does - damage, healing, utility, cc - is outclassed hard by other supports. She does all 4 but weakly, and not sufficiently efficient to justify her as a pick into anyone but Soraka.

Meh, I find she just supports in a different way then with just straight up CC. In particular, she's a high scaling late game Damage support that can add 1000+ magic damage every 6 seconds to a team fight with 1 support item. She's a good pick if your team is low on damage or just low on magic damage. That said, I would love to have more options beyond just a Q machine with a game changing ult. I wish her W or E could be more impactful but I understand she's kind of hard to balance because her numbers are so high when she's able to tag all 4 members in her team.

Also, Soraka is her hard counter....so...don't ever pick Sona into Soraka.
