Wouldn't it be nice if DFT and Thunderlord's dealt the same dmg type as the source that proc'd it?

This would help, in my opinion, some of the champs that got hit by the Last Whisper changes. Varus and Jayce come to mind for DFT, most AD assassins for Thunderlord's Decree.

An example of this is the Spellthief's Edge line of items: the bonus damage they have you deal is the same type as the source that triggers it.

i guess it would be fine for thunderlords, but making deathfire touch physical would make cleaver available for every ad champ.

While a lot of people think ad assassins should be getting thunderlords, I personally disagree. I can't ever seem to proc it right so i just stick to the 7% armor pen + Death fire's torch because the ad assassin i'm focusing on is talon, and talon does a lot of poke damage for an assassin, so it just makes sense. What do I know though, i haven't tested a lot of the assassins out yet.
