man i really wish you would remove the aibltiy to crit form miss fortune ult
its really her only real problem and his ults deals to much damage.

A Miss Fortune1 votesIf you nerf Miss Fortune's ult then you dumpster her and she's left in a spot worse than she was in even before the Bilgewater event. Right now with Miss Fortune's autos having a measly 49 base damage and only moderate range, she heavily relies on her ultimate to be relevant in the game. You don't pick Miss Fortune as an auto-attack ADC and if you look at a lot of professionals, they end up building items mostly around her ultimate rather than her auto attacks.
And don't pretend like her ultimate has no counters. There's plenty of champions who can ruin her and in general it has counterplay with it immobilizing her for 3 seconds and it being rather easy to simply walk out.
