Can't we get a mana jungle enchantment?

On the PBE their currently testing a replacement for Runeglaive named "Runic Echo". It will no longer have the sheen & it no longer grants mana. I think this will make room for certain jungler again but also push some out of it again.

Why can't whe have a 5th option for mana depended champions? I'm thinking something like:

  • Option A: item 3057 + item 3706
  • Option B: item 3057 + item 1029 + item 3706
    • Sub option 2
  • Option C: item 3024+ item 3706

#Option A

  • UNIQUE – SPELLBLADE: After using an ability, your next basic attack (on-hit) deals 100% base attack damage and 10% mana as bonus magic damage (1.5 second cooldown).
  • Against monsters, SPELLBLADE deals area of effect magic damage around the target and restores 8% missing mana. SPELLBLADE also deals double damage (200% base AD + 20% Mana) against the first monster hit.

#Option B

  • UNIQUE – SPELLBLADE: After using an ability, your next basic attack (on-hit) deals 100% base attack damage and 30% armor as bonus magic damage (1.5 second cooldown).
  • Against monsters, SPELLBLADE deals area of effect magic damage around the target and restores 8% missing mana. SPELLBLADE also deals double damage (200% base AD + 60% Armor) against the first monster hit.

#Option B sub option

item 3025 now get reworked into a jungle item

#Option C

  • UNIQUE - SAPPING BARBS: You restore 5% of your max mana for 5 seconds whenever you take damage from a monster.

Read it again, it does grant mana.

Hitting a Large Monster with this effect will restore 18% of your missing mana.

Current Runeglaive gives flat Mana. I think OP was referring to that rather than restoring missing Mana.

The way I interpreted the thread was that Runic Echo doesn't restore mana, not Runic Echo doesn't give flat mana (like the 250 mana Runeglaive currently does).
