Is kha broken? Everyone is telling me he is..?

Literally nothing has changed about him, execpt a buff a while ago to reduce his q cd by like 1 second, and black cleaver cost reduced. Thoughts?

is he op? no. as for the 1 second cd. considering this q has done more then 1000 damage from time to time (not taking the piss you ever had a fed khazix q you isolated? fuck me...) so lets say his q does about 800 damage. its second is 4 seconds orginally this means it has a dps of 200. now it does 800 damage but in 3 seconds this is a dps buff of 266.66 so its a a 66.66 dps buff.

Its also why cdr is such a strong state on pretty much every damage because its a flat out percentage increase on all abilities + cc.

so yeah... khazix op = no but he will not hold you back in ranking he is alot more viable then say illaoi or something

He is probably tier 2 of champions right now.. but that's pretty good considering how many champs are in the game.

he is in the " occasional LCS play" tier and then is even better playing solo due to opponents lack of organisation.

He is broken on Ascension, because there are no minions and you can pretty much 1shot anyone.

He's not that broken in my opinion. His damage output is good, but he can be shut down easily.
