So i just spent quite some time levelling up..and now it put me back to 30?

Probably on and off some of yesterday and today. I got the champ capsule. Ok cool. Shaco: 630, TF: 230. 860 BE, but i already own all the champs and the old system would have given me way more IP..

Also.. now it says im back to level 30? Why?

Also anyone else experiencing WAY more than usual bug splats?

No idea for the lvl down, but for bug splat : YES ! Globally, there is a lot of bugs on the launcher and client at the moment since the new runes came out. But I guess they are working on it ;-)
