except that low elo is the majority of the playerbase
doesnt mean shit. the majority of the people are either bad, or just started out with the game. which just means they have massive room to improve.
you dont change the rules of the game, because the majority of the people havent learned them yet. thats ridiculous.
its like making math tests easier at school, because the pupils are unwilling to learn the subject. literally nothing in life works like that.
stop excusing your lazyness and try to improve or accept that youll never move out of low mmr.
that may be correct in regards to laning phase, but since this is a team game you need a team to overcome those disparities, that has to be taken into account
if the champion is played in 50% of the games either on your side or the enemy side, then how well youve learned to deal with him makes the difference.
garen for example doesnt just have lane counters. janna, anivia, nami, thresh etc. most enchanter supports and a bunch of mages hard counter him, and shut him down even when hes fed. a lot of these low mmr stompers have this type of out of lane counter or counter strategy in addition to direct lane counters. hence why they only stomp low mmr.
put some minimal efford into learning these strategies and youre going to climb, even when the champion generally has a 60% winrate down there.
