Tahm Kench ultimate being at 120 seconds

I don't have any hate towards Tahm Kench, but hey riot? his ultimate range is higher thanNocturne at lvl 1. Additionally he can take an ally with him and have a bonus damage on it. And now, the cooldown of Tahm kench ultimate is way way way way better than nocturne.

Please for the 50s time i ask you this: BUFF nocturne !!!

You're comparing a primarily utility Ult to a primarily assassination one. I don't really think it's right to use Tahm to justify a buff to Nocturne.
