you know who really needs a change like graves? or fiora?
when he is viable(since always) he dictates the meta if riot nerfs him he is useless otherwise he is in every game he has no clear strengths and weakness

His ult shouldn't stun you for 2 seconds before it contacts. I personally believe it should be a skillshot and the first champion hit is sent back. It just doesn't make sense how he can kick an ADC in the middle of his team in a full out team fight, it's a kick. Also would like to mention Annie's ult. I also believe she should have a small animation that follows up with Tibbers landing at the targeted area. Kind of like you can see her Throwing a small stuffed Tibbers and when he lands, after .75 seconds maybe, he then grows instantly and stuns/damages champions. Him just immediately appearing out of no where just feels to simple and not to thought out to be honest.
