It seems like Riot is trying to remove those passives that do not influence the game at all and are there just as easter eggs.

But it does. That buff has the potential to shift another one over, when there is no reason to. When you take a quick glance to see what numbers some stuff is at, or timers on things, seeing "this unit is a flippin ninja" only serves as a delay in potentially seeing what you want. As such, it's better removed.

If I were lying this statement would hold water. It was when they were on their hole "clarity" crusade that it was removed. Why the fuck does it matter anyways? It was a waste of space that didn't contribute anything meaningful to the game.

Someone somewhere has, and it's the potential for it. That shit has no reason to be there, what function does it serve? That's what faker needs to be saying during the world finals "this unit is a flippin ninja". It's an extra little outdated gag that has no place in the game, and as such was rightfully removed. It added nothing of value.

I guess you could say it is because Gangplank is still MIA after the Bilgewater event. At least that makes to removal of the buff more interesting since Miss Fortune is now the new top dog. Gangplank had a change of profession and is now a citrus fruit merchant.

They obviously removed those buffs to make the game consume less HDD space. Good job Riot. I could now add 10 more characters to a .txt file of my choice.
