This is so bad especially now that she can condemn people to this ult, J4 ulting anywhere near enemy Vayne is actively hurting his teammates.

If Jarvan's ult was truly 100% impassable, it would be incredibly overpowered and would need to be nerfed in CD/Damage/Range/etc.
But in any case, you're supposed to use Cataclysm after the enemy uses their mobility, not before.
impassible is a loose term here they simply can't walk out of it. Think of vaynes tumble as a mini jump.

Because like everything else in this game J4 wall is coded as a bunch of minions and vayne's tumble allows you to dash through minions.
The real question is why other free pathing abilities like fizz passive, hecarim E, and PD don't allow you simply walk through it.
