riot seems to ignore that some champions got unnecessary and pointless global quotes without anything global in their kit meanwhile

Instead of a global quote I just ctrl V in /all "#bout2secureurarse" when I know my ult is about to get someone
agreed, doesn't need to be a new quote though, can be the quotes that he already has, they are pretty awesome.

I don't play Karthus, but hearing the Deathsinger inviting you to die, while an espectral explosion is channeling on top of your head, would be pretty amazing.

Use one of the Requiem quotes but make it audible to all players regardless of distance.
This is good for the game because it adds consistency. The ability is affecting you, therefore you should hear the champion using it.
