Despite all the complaints, i still think Riot interacts with the community here a lot.

Playing through other games(mostly mmos) you would be lucky to get a response from a Dev in 1 week(even for something like Blizzard their response time is very slow). However for league i can go to the Dev tracker and see not only 1 response but multiple in 1 day alone. With that being said i think everyone does need to a minute to understand that they are aware of the issues with balance atm and trying to find ways to address them.
