And he still has:
- suckish mobility
- non-natural tanky stats
- weak lane sustain early game
It's a good trade for the loss of these 3 to be an aggressive enemy laner.

What are you doing, standing right beside him at all times? You don't do that against Darius. His AS slow is a basic attack modifier so don't get close to him and you will be fine. Chances are there are other more valuable members of his team to focus down. Also, if you hate Darius, I would hate to see you play against Malphite.
