When will warwick not be so annoying to fight?

The veigar changes were cool, whatever. But fix this damn champ. The problem wasnt his dueling potential with his ult. It was how he storms into the teamfight and ults the carry with everyone else behind him. Just point click and delete. Even with Riot's plans on updating this ult, it's a stun instead of a supression, but for 2 seconds? Why does he need all that time, I feel like his ult is basically some cheesy ability to match his lore and at this point it's just really overdone.
