What are leblanc's drawbacks and how to take advantage of them

This champion makes me scream. No matter what role Im playing, bot, mid, jungle. She get's just so many windows for no reason and it's so hard to react to just the insta-nuke dash and the elastic snare that'll put you in position for a buttfuck hail mary. Please help me.
