you KNOW the game is HARD BALANCED around flash when you can smite while stunned but cannot flash :)
maybe we shouldn't make exceptions to certain SS (literally only flash)

Stuns primarily stop movement.
Smite doesn't move you.

not unless you're playing Fire Emblem
Summoner spells are external, not part of the champion, hence SUMMONER (YOU) SPELL. Thus you should be able to flash while stunned, just as you're able to smite while stunned or exhaust while in Yasuo ult. It is because they are not associated with the champion or the effects of the champion.
You can't zhonya while stunned either, is the game hard balanced around it too?
zhonyas is an item. items, moving, using abilities, etc are all things champions do and so cant do when theyre stunned. casting summoner spells is something the (no longer canon) summoners do who arent stunned, which is why they can still work.
Except flash.
Zhonyas is something the champion buys and uses. Flash and other SS do not pertain to the champion which is why they are in their OWN section in the hotkey bar. It is the same reason why Yasuo can ignite or exhaust while in R and the other SUMMONER can do the same. Everything is okay until it comes to flash because all of a sudden you're breaking the law by flashing lmao
This has absolutely nothing to do with Flash.
It has to do with how oppressive hard CC would be if you could stun the enemy jungler to prevent them from contesting an objective.
I think the opposite is true, its annoying that if a jungler is anywhere near an objective it goes from "who can control the enemy" to "which jungler can time smite just right"
smite should be able to be stopped with stuns so that teams can secure objectives if they know the enemy jungler is near.
First hard stuck, now hard balanced. What english is this?
I'm just using comparative language. If you don't understand, then here it is simply put. The game breaks it's natural laws to balance around flash but no other summoner spell.
