or if you want a bit more MR This is the good build against 90% of the situations (Sterak work with her Q because her Q ratio is TOTAL ad ratio plus with the trinity force combine this 2 together make a very good synergy)
Now if you are way too ahead then
With that build you can bait the enemies even more with your passive and the passive of and you can one shot pretty much everyone
Before the nerfs on BTRK and the buffs on Gunblade btrk was way better but now gunblade is just superior unless if you are against a very tanky with health champion then go for btrk
