This used to be an annoying truth but lately I've been solocarrying from top and damn it feels good. When ADCs are weak top, jg and mid feel so much better. Who wants to rely on some random to do well as ADC or have a 90% chance of losing?

You started the game when Marksmen were at their height of power. This has warped your perspective beyond repair.
Marksmen can claim they have no agency. But that's what you deserve when you have the Most reliable and Most damage output of any class.
2 years of Marksmen players making their cake and eating it 2 was enough. They need to Fundamentally change
loli fidler1 voteshmmmm i cant say your entirely wrong about my perspective to be slighty warped but i also know of past metas ive even watched videos discussing changing metas about individual lanes. ive also never been an adc player just a support (secondary most the time for the past season) and i wouldnt say that marksmen have no power over the game like you seem to think i think they have pletny of power over the match as a whole still but thats only when there nice and ahead from what ive been able to experience this season and preseason. and for your last point im not to sure they need to fundamentally change but i wouldnt be opposed to such a change either
Zezilian4 votesDefinitely mostly "better jungler wins". If they suck, chasing kills, have no map awareness and therefore ignores objectives then most likely opponent jungler will start dominate objectives and your side of map and so you will have high chance of losing.

Junglers success has so much to do with his laners though, no non-jungler ever takes this into consideration. How gankable are the lanes champion wise? Do you have any kind of champ synergy to pull off a gank? Does the opposing team have better champ synergy to succeed on ganks? Is your lane outskilled? Does your lane not understand jungle routes, vision and lane control?
All of these external things effect how your jungler is going to perform.
Zezilian1 votesFor junglers ganks are opportunities, not necessity. Their primal job is to ensure map control and objectives like scuttlers, herald by giving shot calls to rally for dragons, . If jungler can gank - that's excellent but trash junglers come out of the pool even without consideration how and when to route players to do dragons. And I am not exaggerating. How often i hear "it's just cloud dragon or ocean dragon", or completely ignores shot calls, or dies, o have no smite to do dragons in favorable time. That's why better jungler wins, because better junglers not just being prepared for timely objectives but also gives good shot calls to rally team mates.
feintfiend2 votesIt really isn't that simple. If the laners can't read the map and roam/rotate and contest crabs they're the ones with the power and losing the game. Many games are decided at the first scuttlecrab where one mid roams over and the other doesn't.
