Neeko's disguise would work better if she was a juggernaut

Disguising as a squishy carry to deceive the enemy into jumping at you is a good tactic if you're someone that would want to be jumped at, like a Mordekaiser or a Darius... it's a lot less effective if you yourself are a squishy ranged carry.

I'm not suggesting that she needs a rework, but maybe there could be space for a new champion, a juggernaut who shares Neeko's disguise passive.

Also, an useful change would be that, while disguised, you can use spells and autos on the minions as if you actually were the champion you are disguised as (same damage, same range, same cds); as a drawback (to prevent this from being op), you get reduced gold and XP from those minions you kill while disguised.
