Cassiopeia passive idea

There was another thread suggesting something similar to rengar's trophies, but I can't seem to find it.

Basically, why not give her a trophy each time she stuns an enemy champion with her ult? I guess she isn't quite Medusa but I think she's close enough for the idea of her creating a "stone garden" or whatever with each enemy champion she stuns with her ulti.

Whether or not this would be the only stacking mechanic of her passive (including or removing the current one) could be decided separately, as well as the rewards. This is basically just a thematic idea I had in mind that I thought would work well with her identity.

I think that's a bit of an improvement on her current passive, but I don't imagine most Cassiopeia players would like it. Most people who vocalize about Cassiopeia on these forums think of her as a poison mage, so basing her passive on the one ability she has that is not linked to poison may be thought of as a contradiction to her identity, as the current passive is.

My primary complaint is mechanical: Cassiopeia's ult has a long cooldown, consumes a lot of mana, and is quite difficult to land without careful planning or favorable circumstances. A vocal minority on these Cassiopeia threads even call for a reworking of her ultimate because of it's difficulty to use and (perceived) low impact on gameplay. All but the most skillful (or lucky) players would struggle to land enough stuns to make such the stacks useful, and many people may find themselves using her ult in an attempt to gain stacks when they would be better off saving it to be used as a tool for engagement or disengagement.

That's just my two cents on the subject. I'm glad to see that people are still generating ideas of how to improve her passive. Keep it up!
