He's still doing too much damage.
He's still too hard to kill.
He's still frustrating to deal with.
And now, with the nerfs to the top tier competitive top laners (Gangplank, Bruiser Ekko, Shen) he might be whipped out in competitive soon. Remember that you don't have to climb to the top to be the best, just everybody above you has to fall.
