Reminder that a 3 second snare with a huge hitbox is still damn OP

Not only is the skillshot as slow as molasses, the cast time is deplorable. It needs to be rewarding for how terrible a skillshot it is.

Except the skillshot also happens to be very slow.

It's slow to make up for it. She has to be really tricky in order to not telegraph and leave it open to an easy juke. It has perfectly reasonable counterplay for the punishment of failing said counterplay. Champ is fine.

It moves extremely slowly and its pretty much all she offers for her team as the support.
