What if Warwick's Blood Scent (W) made the enemy champs leave a "blood trail" similar to the trail 
leaves with his are R. The length of the trail would the depend on how much health the enemy is missing and once Warwick spotted a trail, then he could activate his bonus movement speed and start running on all 4 legs like a real wolf.

(And he'll still need other changes as well, namely his Attack speed aoe boost and ult.)
The Bíg Ticket1 votesIt is his E and the ability is super strong. Always max it second, before W. BTW in his Hyena skin he does have a special running animation for that, he runs like you described it with blood on his mouth.

bloodscent is unique and grant global vision (better than wards)... so his allly can snipe easily (lux, cait, etc)
