Add Wicked Hatchet to SR

SlashStriker··1 votes·237 views

Wicked Hatchet Unique: Critical strikes causes your target to bleed for an additional 60% of your bonus AD as magic damage over 3 seconds.

https://youtu.be/TSfntl_NM-E?t=68

Similar to Singed Poison the bleeding effect will allow some AD champions to be able to deal with Stealth units by triggering the shimmer effect if they are able to land a crit on the stealth unit
