Went into the game now. Picked Riven against Mundo took ignite, he has TP lvl 3 he just walked into my minion wave , missed 2 cleavers ate ignite and still killed me. Also being able to towerdive a AD champion while building Spirit Visage should not be a thing no matter how fed he is. Its just stupid that such a old champion kit gets buffed so he can stay "relevant" while ignoring all the current rules others must respect.

From your description alone it seems like you didn't respect Mundo's damage, which comes at the cost of his own HP. Then you were caught unaware of his powerspike at 6 + Spirit Visage. This sounds more like it's your fault than anything else.
