Petition to have Sion scream his ult quote when he spots enemies.

It feels kind of anti-climactic when he screams it at the beginning, and he finishes before you reach the end of the ult to hit someone. I'd like to have it so that when you get within a certain radius of the enemies you're aiming to mess up, Sion screams at the cowards for what they are.

He has like a thousand grunts and roars. We could probably use any of those for his start-up period.

We can also throw in some of the fitting ones, like "I'll grind you to dust!" and "Run from me!"

They could have the quote be global, and get progressively louder the closer Sion gets. The quote you linked lasts a good 4 seconds. 4 seconds is enough time to get within the impact zone.

Now you may think this gives more counterplay to an otherwise balanced champion. But the sheer psychological horror of hearing a 20 ton pain train of undead flesh and dull blades, hurling itself towards you at 30 miles per hour across halfway the map to demolish your butthole, coming closer with each thunderous step should make up for it.

I now demand a custom, Sion-exclusive command that causes him to do one of his random yelling lines. Not linked to joke or taunt or whatever - it's own button. Just so I can stare at my enemy across a minion wave and spam meaningless bellows at him.
