I go from playing a different game for hours, 0 problems with cold hands. I decide to play one game of League, and my hands feel like theyre about to get frostbit and makes it hard for me to click correctly. Whats up with this?

Do you get somewhat anxious over League games?

Because this game brings the salt out of you which causes your blood flow to slow, lowering your body temperature

I need warm hands to play too. The instant I get home I crank up the thermostat so that I'll be able to play within a few hours. If my fingies get cold my apm and accuracy drop like a rock.

I think League is the only game I really play with the keyboard nowadays, everything else is with a controller that I can hold closer to my body.

Your hands are getting stiff from being in the same position for hours on end .

Do excercises do strengthen your fingers and wrists or will have problems later on in life
