I have a 60% wr in diamond 4 and im only getting 14 lp a win. While when i was plat 1 i was getting 21 with a 57% wr. Why did they make it impossible to rank up in diamond.

Because like 1/2 of Diamond+ accounts are alt accounts of other Diamond+ players. The system shows too many people in that bracket and since it can't demote account rewards less per win.

It has been like that for (at least ) 3 years sorry. Let's make it clear, you won't ever climb or demote again. Just play 1 game every 28 days because there is nothing more to do in ranked. Next year will be the same : Placements --> D4 0 LP ---> season is over for you

You know everything, welcome to the hardstuck club

Your opponents in diamond likely have a low mmr for diamond thuse giving you a lower lp gain.

Low diamond and high plat is notorious for having a plethora of boosted accounts

I would assume K factor Drops when you hit diamond to slow the rate of a climb to prevent high uncertainty accounts from hitting masters+ Just keep winning at 60% and your going to make it up.

My assumption is off how Chess has a separate K factor for the Elo adjustment for "grandmasters" The MMR for chess originations varies on what they call a grandmaster but for the most part you can see them typically Half the K factor when accounts make it to that tier.

Because high elo is full of r%%%%%ed monkeys who play with their forehead while they think they are good while being 0/10 and we don't need more
