Yeah rush hexdrinker and then build normally. Make sure to windwall his projectiles and dash away from his pool. If you need to ult him bait out the pool somehow. Good luck!

Just get a hexdrinker and run straight up to him. Don't let him have long periods of time to heal. Kill him over and over. Never let up and he will become useless.
