You can't cancel her ult in time. She has insta blinks. She has the highest win rate of any mid in the game. She has a 45% ban rate, and it would be way higher except for players not banning her so they can play her. Please fix.

50 ping it's 0.05 sec delay comparing to 0 (and nobody has 0, it's 0.025 sec comparing to 25 ping), it's like way less than a perfect reaction time
