Full Build Trynd

How do you handle a full build Trynd. Team fights he rolls even with thornmail, hard cc, and GA's. and if he's not in a team fight he split pushes to no end. Is this something being addressed in the season 5 changes?

It doesn't need to be addressed lol. Trynd is one of the easiest champions to shut down as long as you play by the meta. Usually no one builds anything tanky on him except maybe a GA for item 6 so early you need to punish him. Bruisers and tanks. Pantheon is a perfect example. He can keep Trynd at bay with spears and he can block a few of Trynd's auto attacks. Also champs with more early sustain and damage such as Maokai or Nasus can bully him by winning trades then regaining more life.

What I'm basically saying is don't let Trynd get to full items. And if he gets to that point, the best way to kill him is to silence him then burst him before the silence ends lol. Or cc him, burst him so he uses ult, wait it for to end, then kill him. Remember it's a team game, if you don't think you can take him alone, ask for help.

It's not hard to shut down a Trynd. He's one of my main champs, I even have a crit damage/Attack speed page just for him and even that gets sh*t on by the right champions.

Silence does not stop Tyrnd ulti, BTW.

The actual best way to deal with Tyrnd is an ignite ~2s after he ults. Combined with either effective kiting with a soft CC, or just hard CC in general.

Lulu support has always worked well for me when facing Trynd, Wild growth knockup if he spins onto one of your carries, followed by Glitterlance slow and a Polymorph. Save exhaust as an emergency measure if he is going to attack a priority target while he is sitting at 1HP.

he's not hard to shut down, just kill his nexus or make them surrender by 20 minutes otherwise no matter how hard you beat him in lane he's gonna split push/farm all game and catch up easy
