rtbf2216514121 votesOnly two champions I can see it built on are Azir and Teemo. Teemo is a stretch but yes, Teemo.
Irelia Bot2 votesKayle still builds it basically every game.
Beyond Azir, Teemo, Kayle and Diana not many have enough bbenifit outof building AP and attack speed given limited magic on hit with AP ratios.
khorney1 votesvarus, kog, tf, oriana,
Irelia Bot1 votesYou are having to try really hard to come up with more that would even consider buying it in weird off builds.
khorney1 voteson hit isnt off building. you do get the point of having a on hit build?

I can actually see TF though because of his E and W. Although, he has enough attack speed as is so it wouldn't do much except make his basics do more AP damage and give more CDR. His attack speed will be ridiculous. It's still not recommended.
