I can heal for 200 damage on max ranked q with yasuo.

I can heal for 300 damage in 2 autos and a double up with MF (as well as destroying half of the health bar of the 2nd person hit)

Irelia can heal 300 in 2 q's

The healing mastery for physical damage dealers is too much.

No you can't. You obviously have no clue how this passive works. It has a two second cooldown so if you autoed twice and fired a double up in a duel. Only one of them could heal you.

Also, Irelia's Q does not crit so im not sure where you got that healing from
