Dynamic Queue will be worse for people as long as support is considered "unrewarding"

It will also be really bad when groups of more than two are allowed to queue together and stomp solo players who often don't communicate decently and are unable to voice chat.

I mean, sure, the problem is with the every-day player not communicating with others.. but you can't expect even 30%, a fraction of the playerbase, to communicate in efficient terms. Some will learn over-time to communicate in Dynamo-Queue without using voice, but many others won't which makes 3, 4 and 5 man premades ALWAYS a HUGE problem for ranked. Honestly it makes climbing seem like a joke and it has no value to it. I feel like voice chat should have come with Dynamic Queue considering the way you delivered it..

Now, going back to the main problem I wanted to discuss in the title, support needs to be a more efficient pick. Meaning, it is so undesired of a role right now that it is making queue times legit 3x longer than they used to be in low elo's, and in mid-high elo's it is better however those represent a small minority.. That is actually a severe problem for a system that allows people to choose the roles they want before-game.

These are two quality of life changes that would make your playerbase great and happy again.
