For those who don't know, that icon was used in-game during the Bilgewater Event in gangplank's first big visual overhaul and gameplay update. This is my one simple request.

Shouldn't be hard to do, some skins like SG Rumble and SG Udyr already have this feature.

I actually never understood why skins were never portrayed on the HUD. It doesn't seem that hard to do.
