Runeglaive and Luden's: Mages are strong now. Not meaningfully nerfed.

Sated Devourer: Junglers are strong now. Not nerfed at all.

Who's going to get buffed next? Assassins or supports?

Riot seems to be getting away from "reverse power creep" (nerfing everything over time) and instead is buffing everyone universally. When do you think Assassins and Supports will be buffed, since Mages, Junglers, and Tanks have been receiving huge item buffs?

Is this a class-wide buffing? Or is it over now?

Well, they just added items. They didn't really buff "tanks" just champions who could use Cinderhulk well. Same with Runeglaive and Devourer. The champions who can abuse those things got strong but others were left in the dust. Warrior junglers are kinda crap now and Runeglaive mostly helped mid Ez, not mages in general. There are still sub-par tanks, sub-par mids and sub par junglers. Saying "Ok, devourer exists so junglers are strong now" is ignoring all the poor sod junglers who can't make use of it.

It's wrong to nerf champions, because they do good with a certain item. You have to nerf the item itself, or you'll have to revisit nerfed champions later. It's hard to balance items, because it brings some champions over the edge to being OP, and some champions are just better. So you nerf the item, you get some good champions weaker, but weak champions even worse (sometimes even unviable). You nerf champions who are good with that item, and when they can't build that item anymore, they become weak.

BTW, AD assassins deserve a buff, they are weak as shit. There is just too many tools to defend against them, making them unviable.
