Caitlyn passive rework idea.

I don't think her current passive really fulfills the fantasy of a sniper as you need to constantly attack to activate it. Instead:

Headshot - After having vision of a target for 10/8/6 seconds Caitlyn next autoattack against them becomes a Headshot. This effect charges faster based on her attack speed.

(+100% attack speed 6 second -> 3 seconds +200% 6 second -> 2 seconds)
